At 3 482 metres above sea level, The Drakensberg, or "dragon mountains" is South Africa's highest mountain range, aptly named for the mammoth sized peaks and ridges. The dramatic 200 km stretch of mountains forms the border between KwaZulu Natal and Lesotho.
