NEOREGELIA ORANGE CRUSH 

Appearance

Foliage: The leaves have creamy variegation along the margins with a green base and an orange blush that deepens toward the center.

Size: This is a compact, medium-sized Neoregelia. It can grow to be about 6 to 8 inches tall with a spread of 14 to 16 inches wide.

Bloom: The central cup intensifies in reddish-orange color during the flowering phase, and small, lavender-white flowers emerge from the center.

Care requirements

The Neoregelia 'Orange Crush' is a low-maintenance bromeliad that is well-suited for indoor and outdoor environments, provided you live in a warm climate.

Light: Prefers bright, indirect light to achieve its best color. Avoid direct sun, which can scorch the leaves.

Water: Keep the central "cup" or "tank" of the plant filled with clean water. Flush it out weekly with fresh water to prevent it from becoming stagnant. Water the soil only when it is dry to the touch, as the plant is sensitive to overwatering and wet soil.

Soil: Use a well-draining, airy potting mix, such as one designed for orchids.

Temperature and Humidity: Keep temperatures between 65–85°F (18–29°C) and protect the plant from frost. This bromeliad loves high humidity.

Fertilizer: Fertilization is generally not necessary, as nutrients can be replenished by repotting the plant yearly with fresh potting mix.
