Product Information
GoldDust® Mecardonia (Mecardonia hybrid) is a vigorous, low-maintenance annual trailing plant famous for its carpet of bright yellow, nemesia-like blooms.
Thriving in high heat and full sun, it is perfect for spilling out of containers or acting as a dense, weed-suppressing seasonal ground cover.
Light: Full sun is required for maximum blooming; partial shade is tolerated but may reduce flower output.
Soil: Moderate, well-draining soil. Once established, it possesses excellent drought tolerance.
Maintenance: Self-cleaning with no deadheading necessary. Trim back in late winter/early spring if it becomes leggy.
