The TRADEweld Welding Helmet, model EWHEL0001, is designed for professional welders who require reliable eye protection and enhanced visibility. This black, plastic helmet features an auto-darkening lens that is ANSI approved, ensuring it meets high safety standards. The viewing area measures 33mm x 90mm, while the cartridge size is 110mm x 90mm x 9mm, providing ample coverage. The helmet’s light state is Din 4, and the dark state is adjustable from 9 to 13, allowing users to customize their protection based on the task at hand. The switch time to darken is a swift 1/25,000 seconds, and the dark-to-light transition is adjustable between 0.15 to 0.8 seconds. Powered by two AAA batteries, the helmet operates efficiently within temperatures ranging from -5°C to +55°C and can be stored in temperatures from -20°C to +70°C. This helmet is ideal for MMA, MIG, and TIG welding, as well as grinding, and comes with replacement lens options for extended usability.
