CALADIUM BICOLOR 'CASEY'

Caladium bicolor 'Casey' is a stunning, compact cultivated variety of Caladium prized for its vibrant, multi-coloured foliage.

Light: Provide bright, indirect light indoors (such as near a North or East-facing window) or dappled shade outdoors. Direct sunlight will quickly scorch and bleach its thin, delicate leaves.

Watering: Maintain consistently moist but well-drained soil during its active spring and summer growing seasons. Water when the top third of the potting mix feels dry. Avoid overwatering, as cool, soggy soil will rot the tuber.

Temperature & Humidity: Thrives in warm environments between 18°C and 30°C. Protect the plant from drafts and temperatures below 10°C–15°C. It requires high humidity; consider using a humidifier or a pebble tray.

Soil & Fertilizer: Use an oxygen-rich, moisture-retentive, yet free-draining potting mix. Apply a balanced liquid fertilizer every few weeks during active growth.
