4th Street wines are made from high quality grapes sourced from selected premium vineyards throughout the lush Western Cape. The grapes are harvested in the warm months of February and March at optimum ripeness to ensure the maximum burst of fruity nectar in every sip. Standard winemaking practices are followed to produce both the red and white base wines. Fresh grape juice is preserved, allowing no fermentation to take place. The final super fresh sweetness comes from the careful blending of the light, fruity wine and the full, sweet grape juice – resulting in an easy-drinking, lower-alcohol wine – the best of both worlds! - SWEET SENSATIONS
