WE LOVE WHAT WE DO
Our wines are made from high quality grapes sourced from selected premium vineyards throughout the lush Western Cape. Our grapes are harvested in the warm months of February and March at optimum ripeness to ensure the maximum burst of fruity nectar in every sip. Standard winemaking practices are followed to produce both the red and white base wines. Fresh grape juice is preserved, allowing no fermentation to take place. The final super fresh sweetness comes from the careful blending of the light, fruity wine and the full, sweet grape juice – resulting in an easy-drinking, lower-alcohol wine – the best of both worlds!
SWEET SENSATIONS
This deliciously refreshing, fruity wine has a deep ruby red colour. There are plenty of crisp blackcurrant aromas on the nose and a burst of darker berry flavours on the palate.
PERFECT PAIRINGS
Enjoy our Sweet Red with a selection of cold meats and cheese platters and nuts. Meat dishes such as chicken and a wide variety of lamb and steak dishes make a wonderful pairing with this wine. When it’s time for desserts, try pairing it with dark chocolate, cakes or brownies.
