Winemakers Notes:
The grapes are harvested at different times to allow for greater complexity in ripeness flavours. These components are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks to enhance the final blend. This wine is treated in the same way a white wine is produced.
Tasting Notes:
The Jess displays aromas of fresh strawberry, raspberry and watermelon fruit with floral notes leading to a smooth finish.
