APPLICATIONS:
Applications include the controlled storage and dispensing of all draught beers such as lagers, ales, pilsners and stouts, soda fountain soft drinks and sparkling water. Afrox recommends the use of particular percentage mixtures for specific applications in line with the requirements of each beverage supplier.
FEATURES & BENEFITS:
Suremix acts to blanket beers and soft drinks from the atmosphere and maintains equilibrium of the gas content in beverages. CO2 is soluble in water at moderate temperatures. Suremix Food grade certification provides better control of non-refrigerated beverages and enhances appearance, aroma, and taste. It can be added to beverages in controlled conditions to increase soluble levels and is approved by beer and soft drink companies.
