How do I request a quotation?
You can request a quotation in two ways:
1. Contact your nearest Agrimark branch directly.
Find your closest branch here: https://www.agrimark.co.za/stores
2. Submit a quotation request online:
- Select “Quote Requests” under Topic of Enquiry.
- Choose your preferred branch under Select Branch.
- Complete your contact details.
- Enter your request in the Your Message field.
- Click Submit.
How do I return an item?
If you received a damaged, incorrect, or unwanted item:
- Go to Online Orders and open the order you want to return.
- Select Log a Return.
- Enter the quantity you would like to return per product.
- Select a reason for the return.
- Describe the problem and indicate your preferred outcome (refund, replacement, etc.).
- Attach a photo of the item (if applicable).
How do I find a product on the Agrimark website?
There are two easy ways to find products:
- Use the search bar at the top of the homepage to enter a product name, brand, or description.
- Browse products by selecting “All Departments” from the dropdown menu.
How do I check product stock availability?
To check stock at a specific branch:
- Search for the product on the website.
- Open the product page.
- Click “Find in Store”.
- Select “Which stores have this in stock” to view branch availability and quantities.
How do I request a donation, sponsorship, or CSI funding?
To submit a request:
- Select “Donation Request and CSI Funding” under Topic of Enquiry.
- Choose your nearest branch.
- Complete your contact details.
- Attach all relevant supporting documents.
- Submit your request.
